Positive: The room was very well organized and clean. The staff very kind and helpful. Close to to the airport, the hotel also provides shuttle. Dinner and breakfast is a buffet, good service. value for the price is 100% worth it. Absolutely recommend this hotel

Positive: Very close to the airport, extremely clean and wonderfully welcoming staff. As a vegetarian, traveling in Africa is also hard, but I got a decent dinner and breakfast.

Positive: The personnel were fantastic. Especially at restaurant.
Negative: We were very disappointed with the restaurant experience. When we arrived at around 8:00 p.m., we were informed that the kitchen was already closed and that only the buffet was available. However, the buffet consisted mainly of leftovers and offered very limited choices. Our children did not like any of the food available. Since there was no à la carte menu, we requested only a few fried eggs and a small portion of French fries for the children. Despite this, we were charged the full buffet price. The restaurant staff contacted the manager to discuss a more reasonable charge, but she refused to make any adjustment. We therefore ended up paying the full buffet price for just fried eggs and a small portion of French fries. This rigid approach, combined with the poor food selection and lack of flexibility for families with children, made the experience very disappointing. The hotel should review its restaurant service, kitchen closing arrangements, food quality and pricing policy.
